Program On The Job Training

I think this program is very much a positive impact for me. In this program, I placed in the Earth Surabaya Hotel Front Office the department as a Lobby Greeter.

I start on the job training from the date of my two january to july 2009 on two. During my hotel in Surabaya this Earth, I feel very comfortable. All the staff are always helpful and direct me in every job.

The nature of a family that was created, I quickly learn and quickly understand the situation that Complaint ada.Beberapa I get from my hotel guests, I know that not all people are in a suitable place. And with the Complaint from the front so that I also know how to confront and solve them.

My main job in the Hotel Surabaya is Earth greet guests and escort guests to rooms. Besides, my job is Explaining all other existing facilities in the hotel and all the information and notify the campaign that changed each time.

Program On the Job Training is not only to prove all the theories in school, but also direct all mempraktikan theory that has been taught by teachers from the school before.
